The bulk of our work is Building and Maintenance, where we have exceptional expertise and knowledge. We strive to gain new knowledge and to fully understand the needs of our clients. Our aim is to deliver a first class service to exceed our client’s expectations for value and quality. We aim to challenge the status quo within the industry to achieve a forward thinking contracting company whilst achieving best practice and highest level of Health & Safety within a highly competitive industry.

Our clients often do not realise the scope and capability of our growing construction and building maintenance company. Whilst most companies are down sizing and feeling the pinch of the recession, CJW Maintenance Ltd is making considerable investment in local labour, hiring local, highly skilled building contractors along with local apprentices. We have increased investment in new systems to cater for our ever increasing work load, maintaining full control over how quality is managed and monitored from tender, through site works to client handover.
